"Leonardo and Olmsted: A Reverence for Nature" is a one person play created and acted by Gerry Wright. One of the themes discovered in researching the lives of Leonardo DaVinci and Frederick Law Olmsted is an uncanny relationship with the world of nature, an experience which results in the glorious creations of art, inventions, insights, and a commitment for preserving the natural world for future generations, in a phrase, "A Reverence for Nature."
Gerry Wright wrote and presented "Frederick Law Olmsted: Passages in the life of an unpractical Man," thirty-six times throughout Massachusetts, New England, New York City, Kentucky, North Carolina and Russia.
Tower Auditorium, Massachusetts College of Art, 621 Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts is wheelchair accessible. Public transportation accessible by MBTA Green Line and Bus #39.
